The name actually comes from the site of the spring. Located on a 90 acre tract of Land in the Mountains of western North Carolina the remnants of a Moonshiners Still was discovered. Moonshiners always saught out the purest source of water to insure their spirits would not be cloudy or contaminated. Well, sure enough after further inves- igation of the site yielded a spring bubbling up 30 gallons per minute of Ultra Pure Spring Water. Where does Moonshine Bottled Spring Water come from?

We operate one of handfull of State Certified Natural Springs in NC. These Springs collect water that flows to the surface naturally. This means in a drought our water supply slows so nature can hold water to protect its natural aquifer. Other suppliers keep on pumping water comprimising the aquifer, drying up wells and sucking water from stagnate agrogate areas. NC is now passing laws to stop this destruction of our most valuable and natural resource..."WATER" We only bottle water from the certified natural Springs of NC. It has won all of the taste test in the bottled water arena. You will be amazed at the taste difference if its REAL SPRING WATER!!!
